Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Zolkfleet (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with your use of our website, wallet, and trading Services. It applies to every visitor, registered user, and Account holder.
Scope of this policy
This Policy covers information collected through the Platform directly, including our website and any application we operate. It does not cover the practices of third parties, such as partner exchanges accessed through Buy Crypto or identity verification providers, whose own privacy policies govern the information they collect.
Information we collect directly from you

- Account information, such as your name, email address, and password.

- Financial information related to deposits, withdrawals, and transactions you make on the Platform.
- Content you submit, such as Marketplace listings, support messages, or contact form submissions.
- Communications you send us, including the content of support tickets and messages.
Information we collect automatically
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Device and browser information, such as your device type, operating system, and browser version.
- Usage data, such as the pages you visit, the features you use, and the actions you take on the Platform.
- Log data, such as your IP address, access times, and referring pages.
- Cookie and similar tracking data, described further in the Cookies section below.
Information we collect from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as an identity verification provider confirming the outcome of a check, a payment processor confirming a transaction, or a partner exchange confirming a purchase made through Buy Crypto.
Identity verification and KYC data
Where identity verification is required, we collect and process the documents and information you submit for the specific purpose of confirming your identity and meeting our compliance obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. This information may be shared with a third-party verification provider acting on our behalf, and is not used for any purpose beyond verification, compliance, and fraud prevention.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and administer your Account, and provide the Services you use, including Markets, Copy Trading, AI Trading Bots, the Prediction Market, Trade Signals, Staking, Mining Contracts, Referrals, the Academy, and the Marketplace.
- Process deposits and withdrawals and maintain accurate records of your Wallet balances and transaction history.
- Verify your identity and meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Communicate with you about your Account, transactions, or changes to the Platform.
- Improve the Platform, including by understanding how features such as Copy Trading, Staking, and the Prediction Market are used.
- Respond to support requests and contact form submissions.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of our contract with you (providing the Services you sign up for), compliance with a legal obligation (such as AML and KYC requirements), our legitimate interests (such as securing the Platform and preventing fraud), and, where required, your consent (such as for certain marketing communications).
Third-party service providers and partners
Our service providers are only permitted to use your information to the extent necessary to provide their service to us, and are contractually required to protect it. Partner exchanges and other third parties you interact with directly, such as through Buy Crypto, act independently and are governed by their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review before using their services.
International data transfers
Your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in, including by service providers described above. Where we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable steps, including contractual safeguards where appropriate, to keep it protected in line with this Policy.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your Account remains active, and for a further period afterward where needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
Data security
We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring, to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password, enable any additional account protections we offer, and keep your login credentials confidential.
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, which can include:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- The right to request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and compliance obligations.
- The right to object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing.
- The right to receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- The right to withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
How to exercise your rights
You can update most Account details yourself from within your Account settings. For any other request relating to your personal information, contact us through our contact page, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Marketing communications
We may send you communications about the Platform, new features, or promotions, where permitted by applicable law. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages or through your Account settings. You will continue to receive essential communications, such as security alerts and transaction confirmations, even if you opt out of marketing.
Children's privacy
The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended to be used by, anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under the required age, we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy as the Platform evolves or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and where a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
