Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zolkfleet (the "Platform"), including its website, wallet, trading tools, and every feature described on this page. By creating an account, connecting to the Platform, or otherwise using any part of it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

A few terms are used consistently throughout these Terms:

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to create an Account or use the Services. By creating an Account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for determining whether it is legal for you to access and use the Platform in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on trading crypto assets, stocks, or other instruments where you live. We may restrict or deny access to the Platform in jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful, without notice.

To use most Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date.

You may only register and maintain one Account, unless we expressly permit otherwise. We may suspend or close duplicate or fraudulently registered Accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your password and any other login credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your Account, whether or not you authorized it.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

We may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before you can access certain Services, most commonly before a withdrawal is released. This may include submitting a government-issued identification document, a proof of address, or a photograph, and may involve a third-party verification provider.

We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time, to decline to provide Services to you if verification is not completed to our satisfaction, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing laws.

Your Account includes a Main Wallet, used for deposits and general spending, and a Profit Wallet, which separately holds referral rewards, staking and mining payouts, prediction market wins, and trading gains, so that a loss on one activity does not draw down money you have already earned elsewhere.

You may fund your Account by depositing supported assets directly, or by using a partner exchange or on-ramp through the Buy Crypto feature. Partner exchanges are independent third parties, described further in the Third-party services section below.

Deposits are credited to your Account once they are confirmed on the relevant network or by the relevant payment method, which may take some time depending on network conditions outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released and may require completed identity verification, particularly for larger amounts or unusual activity. We may delay, limit, or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these Terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal details. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or account due to information you provided.

The Markets feature lets you view live pricing and place trades across supported crypto assets, stocks, and other instruments. Prices are provided for informational and trading purposes and may differ from prices available elsewhere.

All trading decisions are made by you, at your own discretion and risk. We do not place trades on your behalf through this feature, and we are not responsible for losses resulting from market movement, whether typical or unusually volatile.

Copy Trading allows you to follow another user (a "Copy Trader") so that their trades open and close in your Account automatically, using an allocation you choose. You can review a Copy Trader's published track record before following them, and you may unfollow at any time, though positions already open at the time you unfollow will not be automatically closed.

Copy Trader statistics, including win rate, track record, and drawdown, reflect historical performance and are not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of future results. You remain responsible for the outcome of any trade copied into your Account.

AI Trading Bots run a predefined trading strategy on your behalf once you subscribe, using an allocation you choose from your Account. Each bot's recent performance is shown before you subscribe, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

As with Copy Trading, a bot's past performance does not guarantee its future performance, and market conditions can cause a previously successful strategy to lose money.

The Prediction Market is a short-duration, fixed-outcome feature in which you stake an amount on whether an asset's price will be higher or lower once a timer runs out. The outcome settles automatically based on the price at settlement, and staked amounts are not refundable once a prediction is placed.

The Prediction Market is separate from your regular trading activity and is a speculative, high-risk activity in which you can lose your entire stake on a single prediction.

If you subscribe to a Trade Signals plan, you will receive trade calls published by our team, which are funded directly from your Main Wallet balance according to the plan's terms. Signals reflect our team's own analysis at the time of publication and are not guaranteed to be profitable.

Staking lets you lock a supported asset into a plan for a fixed term in exchange for a stated rate of return, shown to you before you commit. Once staked, the asset is not accessible until the term ends, except where a plan explicitly allows early withdrawal, which may carry a reduced return or a penalty.

Staking returns can be affected by factors outside our control, including changes in network conditions or the performance of the underlying asset, and are not guaranteed beyond what is stated in the specific plan you select.

Mining Contracts let you buy into a hash-power contract and receive the payouts it generates, without running or maintaining any hardware yourself. Contracts are listed with a stated duration and expected output, which represent an estimate rather than a guaranteed return, and actual payouts can vary with network difficulty and other factors outside our control.

You may share your personal referral link to earn a reward for friends who join and become active on the Platform, subject to the specific terms of the referral program at the time. We may change reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or discontinue the referral program at any time, and may withhold or reclaim rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.

Academy lessons are educational content covering the basics of trading and investing, intended for general learning purposes only. Nothing in the Academy is personalized advice, and completing a lesson does not guarantee any particular trading outcome.

Marketplace allows members to list and browse digital products and services. If you list an item, you are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and delivery. If you purchase an item, you are transacting with the listing member, not with us, and we are not a party to that transaction.

We may remove a Marketplace listing at any time, including where we believe it is fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Where a fee applies to a specific action, such as a withdrawal or a subscription to a Signals or Bots plan, it is disclosed to you before you confirm that action. We may introduce new fees or change existing ones, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes before they take effect.

You agree not to:

You may stop using the Platform and close your Account at any time, subject to settling any pending transactions, open positions, or locked staking and mining terms first.

We may suspend or terminate your Account, or restrict access to specific Services, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law or a competent authority, or if we discontinue a Service. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice before doing so.

The Platform's design, branding, software, and all associated intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written permission. Content you submit through features such as the Marketplace remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Platform.

The Platform may link to, or integrate with, services operated by independent third parties, including partner exchanges available through Buy Crypto, payment processors, and identity verification providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that party's own terms.

The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular trading, copy trading, staking, mining, or prediction outcome will be achieved. Please also refer to our Risk Disclaimer for a fuller explanation of the risks involved in using the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or a nominal amount where no such fees were paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, blockchain congestion or failure, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures of third-party service providers.

We may revise these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and where a change is significant we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact us directly through the channels below so we can attempt to resolve it informally before pursuing any other remedy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with any policy referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms or your Account to another person without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
